Whether arranging exclusive travel, private aviation, luxury accommodations, or once-in-a-lifetime experiences, our commitment is to provide seamless service with discretion, precision, and excellence.
In these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), the following terms shall have the meanings set out below: "Juicy Lifestyles" or "we", "us", "our" means Juicy Lifestyles Limited and its successors and assigns. "Client", "you", "your" means any individual member, corporate client, or other person or entity engaging Juicy Lifestyles for services. "Member" means an individual or corporate entity who has entered into a membership or subscription arrangement with Juicy Lifestyles. "Services" means all services provided by Juicy Lifestyles, including but not limited to concierge and lifestyle management, travel and experiences planning, event planning and hospitality services, whether provided on a subscription basis or on a pay-per-service basis. "Third-Party Suppliers" means hotels, airlines, restaurants, event venues, service providers, and other external suppliers engaged by Juicy Lifestyles to fulfil Services. "Confidential Information" means all non-public information disclosed by either party to the other, including but not limited to personal preferences, financial information, business details, and proprietary methodologies. "Intellectual Property" or "IP" means all patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs, and other intellectual property rights. "Personal Data" has the meaning given in the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). "Subscription" means an ongoing membership arrangement with Juicy Lifestyles subject to recurring fees. "Standard" refers to the entry-level membership tier, providing access to Juicy Lifestyles' core concierge and lifestyle management services, delivered to the quality and standard expected of the Juicy Lifestyles brand. "Premium" refers to an enhanced membership tier offering a higher degree of personalisation, a dedicated lifestyle manager, and preferential access to Juicy Lifestyles' network of luxury partners and experiences. "Corporate" refers to the business-facing membership tier, tailored to the needs of professional and corporate clients requiring executive concierge support, corporate travel coordination, event planning, and client hospitality services. "The Ultimate Juicy Club" refers to the most exclusive membership tier, reserved for Juicy Lifestyles' most discerning clientele. Members receive fully bespoke, unlimited lifestyle management services, a personal lifestyle director, and privileged access to Juicy Lifestyles' highest-tier global network — with no request beyond reach.
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Juicy Lifestyles regarding the provision of Services. By engaging Juicy Lifestyles, whether through a Subscription, pay-per-service arrangement, or otherwise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must not engage Juicy Lifestyles or must cease using Services immediately.
2.3 Juicy Lifestyles reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you in writing at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of Services following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions.
Juicy Lifestyles provides the following premium lifestyle management services: Concierge and lifestyle management (including personal assistance, household coordination, and lifestyle curation) Travel and experiences planning (including destination research, itinerary design, and exclusive access arrangements) Event planning and hospitality (including corporate events, private celebrations, and bespoke entertainment)
All Services are provided on a bespoke basis tailored to your specific requirements. Juicy Lifestyles shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver Services in a timely and professional manner consistent with industry standards for premium lifestyle management.
Services are available worldwide. The availability and scope of specific Services may vary by geographic location and shall be confirmed with you prior to engagement.
Juicy Lifestyles may engage Third-Party Suppliers to deliver elements of the Services. Juicy Lifestyles acts as your agent in coordinating such arrangements and shall exercise reasonable care in selecting reputable Third-Party Suppliers.
Juicy Lifestyles offers tiered membership options, each with defined benefits, service levels, and associated fees. Current membership tiers and their terms shall be provided to you at the point of engagement.
A Subscription shall commence on the date specified in your membership agreement or invoice. You shall receive confirmation of your Subscription status and details via email.
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as selected by you. The initial Subscription period shall run for the term specified in your membership agreement. Following expiration of the initial term, the Subscription shall automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5 (Cancellation and Refunds).
As a Member, you shall: Provide accurate and complete information during registration and update such information promptly if changes occur Use Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials or membership details Notify Juicy Lifestyles immediately of any unauthorised use of your Subscription
Subscriptions are personal to the Member and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with third parties without prior written consent from Juicy Lifestyles.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by providing written notice to Juicy Lifestyles. Cancellation shall take effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscriptions are non-refundable except as follows: If you cancel within 14 days of Subscription commencement and have not materially utilised Services, Juicy Lifestyles shall refund the Subscription fee for the initial period, less any Services already provided. If Juicy Lifestyles materially breaches these Terms & Conditions and fails to remedy such breach within 30 days of written notice, you may cancel the Subscription and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the then-current billing period.
For pay-per-service engagements, refunds shall be considered only in the following circumstances: Juicy Lifestyles fails to provide the agreed Services Services are materially deficient in quality or delivery You provide written notice of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date (subject to any costs already incurred or committed) Refunds for pay-per-service arrangements shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis, accounting for costs incurred and commitments made by Juicy Lifestyles and Third-Party Suppliers.
Refunds or cancellations relating to Third-Party Suppliers (airlines, hotels, venues, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policies of those Third-Party Suppliers. Juicy Lifestyles shall use reasonable endeavours to recover cancellation fees or obtain refunds, but cannot guarantee recovery. Any amounts recovered shall be credited to your account or refunded at Juicy Lifestyles' discretion.
Service fees, planning fees, and administrative charges are non-refundable once Services have commenced or commitments have been made on your behalf.
Subscription fees shall be charged in advance on a monthly, or annual basis as specified in your membership agreement. Fees shall be debited on the anniversary of your Subscription commencement date (or on the date specified in your agreement).
For pay-per-service engagements, fees shall be quoted in advance and confirmed in writing before Services commence. Fees shall include planning, coordination, and service delivery unless otherwise specified.
In addition to Subscription or service fees, you shall be responsible for: All costs associated with Third-Party Suppliers (accommodation, travel, dining, entertainment, etc.) Out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Juicy Lifestyles on your behalf (travel, communications, materials, etc.) Any applicable taxes, duties, or levies Such costs shall be invoiced separately and are payable in accordance with the payment terms specified in the relevant invoice.
Unless otherwise specified, all fees and expenses are due within 30 days of invoice. Payment shall be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other payment method as specified by Juicy Lifestyles.
If payment is not received by the due date, Juicy Lifestyles may: Suspend Services until payment is received Charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate Recover reasonable costs of pursuing payment, including legal and collection fees
All fees are quoted in the currency specified in your agreement or invoice. If payment is made in a different currency, you shall be responsible for any currency conversion costs or exchange rate fluctuations.
Juicy Lifestyles reserves the right to adjust Subscription fees with 60 days' written notice. Price increases shall take effect at the start of your next billing period. If you do not accept a price increase, you may cancel your Subscription in accordance with Section 5 (Cancellation and Refunds).
You shall provide Juicy Lifestyles with accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to deliver Services, including personal preferences, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, budget parameters, and other relevant details. You shall promptly notify Juicy Lifestyles of any changes to such information.
You shall use Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use Services in any manner that: Violates any applicable law or regulation Infringes upon the rights of third parties Is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful Harasses, abuses, or threatens any individual or entity
Where Juicy Lifestyles engages Third-Party Suppliers on your behalf, you shall comply with the terms and conditions of such Third-Party Suppliers, including venue rules, airline policies, accommodation terms, and other applicable conditions.
You shall be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from your misuse of Services, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or violation of applicable law.
You shall respond promptly to communications from Juicy Lifestyles regarding Service delivery, scheduling, preferences, and other matters. Delays in your response may impact the quality or timeliness of Services.
Juicy Lifestyles engages Third-Party Suppliers (hotels, airlines, restaurants, venues, etc.) to deliver elements of the Services. Juicy Lifestyles exercises reasonable care in selecting reputable suppliers but does not guarantee the performance or quality of Third-Party Suppliers.
Third-Party Suppliers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Juicy Lifestyles. Juicy Lifestyles is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or omissions of Third-Party Suppliers except to the extent that Juicy Lifestyles has been negligent in selecting or instructing such suppliers.
Third-Party Suppliers may impose their own terms and conditions, policies, and restrictions (e.g., cancellation policies, house rules, liability limitations). You acknowledge that you are bound by such terms and conditions and shall comply with them. Juicy Lifestyles shall provide you with copies of material Third-Party Supplier terms upon request.
Juicy Lifestyles shall not be liable for: Delays, cancellations, or failures by Third-Party Suppliers Quality issues or deficiencies in services provided by Third-Party Suppliers Loss, damage, injury, or other harm arising from Third-Party Supplier performance or omissions Breach of Third-Party Supplier terms and conditions Your recourse for Third-Party Supplier issues shall be against the relevant Third-Party Supplier in accordance with their terms and conditions.
If you have complaints regarding Third-Party Supplier performance, you shall notify Juicy Lifestyles promptly. Juicy Lifestyles shall use reasonable endeavours to facilitate resolution but cannot guarantee redress.
All Intellectual Property created, developed, or owned by Juicy Lifestyles, including but not limited to brand names, logos, methodologies, planning templates, itineraries, event designs, and proprietary systems, remains the exclusive property of Juicy Lifestyles. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such IP solely for the purpose of receiving Services.
You shall not: Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on Juicy Lifestyles' IP Use Juicy Lifestyles' brand, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying methodologies or systems Use Juicy Lifestyles' IP for commercial purposes or competitive advantage
You retain all rights to materials, content, or information you provide to Juicy Lifestyles (photos, documents, preferences, etc.). By providing such materials, you grant Juicy Lifestyles a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering Services and for internal record-keeping.
Juicy Lifestyles may use anonymised case studies, testimonials, or project descriptions (without identifying you) for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes, unless you expressly opt out in writing.
Both parties acknowledge that in the course of providing or receiving Services, they may be exposed to Confidential Information, including personal preferences, financial details, business information, and other sensitive data.
Each party shall: Maintain the confidentiality of the other party's Confidential Information Use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of performing or receiving Services Protect Confidential Information using reasonable security measures Not disclose Confidential Information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or to Third-Party Suppliers engaged to deliver Services
The confidentiality obligations in this Section shall not apply to information that: Is publicly available through no breach of this Agreement Was known to the receiving party prior to disclosure Is independently developed without reference to Confidential Information Is required to be disclosed by law, court order, or regulatory authority (provided the disclosing party gives prompt notice to allow the other party to seek protective measures)
Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination of this Agreement for a period of 3 years, except for information that is subject to ongoing legal protection.
Upon termination of Services, each party shall, upon request, return or securely destroy all Confidential Information of the other party, except as required to be retained by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juicy Lifestyles shall not be liable for: Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill Loss of data or corruption of data Any damages arising from circumstances beyond Juicy Lifestyles' reasonable control
Except as expressly excluded below, Juicy Lifestyles' total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, Services, or any breach thereof shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Juicy Lifestyles in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £5,000, whichever is greater.
The liability cap in Section 11.2 shall not apply to: Juicy Lifestyles' gross negligence or wilful misconduct Breaches of confidentiality obligations Infringement of your Intellectual Property rights Death or personal injury caused by Juicy Lifestyles' negligence Any liability that cannot be limited by law
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. Juicy Lifestyles does not warrant that Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific expectations. While Juicy Lifestyles shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver Services professionally, Juicy Lifestyles does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Juicy Lifestyles shall not be liable for failure to perform Services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government action, or strikes. In such circumstances, Juicy Lifestyles shall use reasonable endeavours to mitigate impact and shall communicate with you promptly.
Juicy Lifestyles is committed to protecting your Personal Data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Juicy Lifestyles collects and processes Personal Data, including your name, contact information, payment details, preferences, and other information necessary to deliver Services. Such data shall be used solely for: Delivering Services Processing payments Communicating with you regarding Services Improving Services and customer experience Complying with legal obligations
Juicy Lifestyles may share your Personal Data with: Third-Party Suppliers engaged to deliver Services (e.g., hotels, airlines, event venues) Payment processors and financial institutions Legal and regulatory authorities as required by law Third-Party Suppliers are required to protect your Personal Data in compliance with UK GDPR.
Juicy Lifestyles shall retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to deliver Services and comply with legal obligations, typically for a period of 6 years following termination of Services. You may request deletion of your Personal Data in accordance with UK GDPR rights (subject to legal retention requirements).
You have the following rights under UK GDPR:

Juicy Lifestyles implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no security system is impenetrable, and Juicy Lifestyles cannot guarantee absolute security.
If Juicy Lifestyles becomes aware of a breach of your Personal Data, Juicy Lifestyles shall notify you without undue delay and shall cooperate with relevant authorities as required by UK GDPR.

Juicy Lifestyles shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless you from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from allegations that Services or Juicy Lifestyles' use of your Personal Data or materials infringe upon third-party Intellectual Property rights, provided you: Promptly notify Juicy Lifestyles in writing of the claim Grant Juicy Lifestyles sole control of the defence and settlement Provide reasonable cooperation in the defence
If Services are found to infringe third-party IP rights, Juicy Lifestyles may, at its option and expense: Obtain the right for you to continue using Services Modify Services to make them non-infringing Terminate Services and refund fees paid
Juicy Lifestyles shall have no obligation under this Section for infringement claims arising from: Your modification of Services Your use of Services in combination with non-Juicy Lifestyles products or services Your breach of these Terms & Conditions
You may terminate Services at any time by providing written notice to Juicy Lifestyles. Termination shall take effect at the end of the then-current billing period (for Subscriptions) or immediately (for pay-per-service engagements), unless otherwise agreed.
Juicy Lifestyles may terminate Services or this Agreement: Immediately, if you materially breach these Terms & Conditions and fail to cure such breach within 30 days of written notice Immediately, if you engage in illegal activity, harassment, or abuse Immediately, if you fail to pay fees due for more than 30 days For convenience, with 60 days' written notice
Upon termination: All rights and licenses granted to you shall cease You shall remain liable for all fees and expenses incurred up to the termination date Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Confidentiality), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Data Protection), and 15 (Dispute Resolution) shall survive termination
The provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect following termination.
In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising from this Agreement or Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation between senior representatives of each party. Such negotiation shall take place within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may initiate mediation. The parties shall jointly select a mediator and shall share the costs of mediation equally. Mediation shall take place in London, England, unless otherwise agreed.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 60 days of the mediation notice, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration in accordance with Section 15.4 below.
Any dispute that is not resolved through negotiation or mediation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration) Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted as follows: Seat of arbitration: London, England Governing law: English law (England & Wales) Language: English Number of arbitrators: One arbitrator (for claims under £100,000) or three arbitrators (for claims of £100,000 or more) Costs: Each party shall bear its own legal costs, with arbitration fees split equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise based on the outcome
Notwithstanding the dispute resolution procedures above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm or to enforce confidentiality or Intellectual Property obligations.
Disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions are not permitted.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You and Juicy Lifestyles irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts located in London, England, except as provided in Section 15 (Dispute Resolution) regarding arbitration or injunctive relief.
Although this Agreement is governed by English law, Juicy Lifestyles provides Services worldwide. To the extent that any provision of this Agreement conflicts with the laws of your jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply with local law, provided that the core intent of the provision shall be preserved.
This Agreement, together with any schedules, appendices, and the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Juicy Lifestyles regarding Services and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.
No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorised representatives of both parties.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Waiver of any breach shall not constitute waiver of any subsequent breach.
You shall not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from Juicy Lifestyles. Juicy Lifestyles may assign this Agreement to a successor, affiliate, or acquirer without consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Section shall be void.
This Agreement may be executed in counterparts (including electronic counterparts), each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement.
Any notices required under this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered: By hand delivery By email (with read receipt) By registered post or courier to the address specified by each party Notices shall be deemed received upon delivery.
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the parties. You are an independent client, and Juicy Lifestyles is an independent service provider.
This Agreement is intended solely for the benefit of you and Juicy Lifestyles and does not create any rights for third parties.
